BCI Group held recently its annual meeting with the attendance of its management and staff from Jordan, Palestine, UAE and Iraq, in event held at Marriott Dead Sea Hotel.

This annual meeting took a special flavor as it reflected the extended family values that BCI group enjoys on the various group activities that were organized to enhance the team bonds. The meeting also showcased BCI Group’s achievements for the previous year and the goals that were accomplished during 2019 based on the group’s vision, strategy and the growth volume it witnessed since the establishment, the meeting also highlighted the top achievers and importance of adopting new thinking methods in order to maintain the company’s success making BCI as the first choice of employment.

Mr. Saeed Baransi, BCI Group Chairman and CEO commended the top employees’ performance and stressed that any company’s success is based on the investment in human capital and unleashing their potential. The company honored the employees who were employed for 10 up to 25 years and celebrated the new comers.
